Teams

The club has a squad of around 50 players who are split into 3 main teams. We train as one squad so players will get the opportunity to play in all teams. We have a range of levels, from complete beginners to those who represent and even captain Norway.

15s

Captain: Magnus Lewis

The clubs main team play in the Norwegian national league. With players from all over the world it is a competitive but fun level of rugby. Our 15s team aims to play in the final of the competition every year

7s

Captain: Espen Høgseth

The 7s squad play in the national tournaments in Norway and Denmark. Many of the players who play 7s also play in the 15s team, with the season culminating in the Copenhagen 7s tournament.

Development (10s)

Captain: Tore Johnsen

The Development team is designed for those who are new or who want to get back into rugby. We play in a friendly league with teams on the east side of Norway and west of Sweden
